I had my 2011 at the Chevrolet dealer four times, each time they messed something up. altogether I spent over two thousand dollars with them and I still had problems. Ken's crew went to work on it. The dealer had left motor mounts loose, an air conditioner line rubbing a transmission line and numerous other things not tightened and finished properly. Quality automotive fixed everything for me and the car now runs like a new one. I really appreciate their honesty and talent. I now take both my cars to them for everything and so far have been very very satisfied.

Friday night at 5 pm, I had a car emergency they were kind enough to stay open and wait for AAA to tow my van to their shop. Once the van arrived, Ken fixed it on the spot and had us on our way within minutes. There was no sorry it will have to wait until Monday, and no extra fees for after hours service. DOING BUSINESS WITH HONEST PEOPLE IS THE GREATEST!! ANOTHER SHOP QUOTED A REPAIR OF $730.00 TO REPLACE MY ALTERNATOR, AND KEN AT QUALITY AUTO SERVICE ADVISED ME THAT I WAS LOW ON RADIATOR COOLANT. THE WRONG DIAGNOSIS WOULD HAVE MADE ME UNAWARE OF THE OVERHEATING PROBLEM THAT I MIGHT HAVE HAD. I WILL BE EVER GRATEFUL FOR KEN AND HIS STAFF. THANK YOU!!
