Only giving them one star because I have to. I am not a happy camper with UPS right now. Our regular driver moved and they replaced him with a younger guy with a bad attitude. He has "flown" into my driveway so fast that he almost hit my daughter's parked truck. I asked him not to do that again. He gave me a dirty look and flew back out of the driveway. This Tuesday he put my package in a plastic bag and left it on top of the garbage cans that sit about 70 yards from my house. I had no idea that a package was even there. If we had not found it, the garbage pickup would have trashed it yesterday. I called the 800 number to complain, they said someone would call me back within an hour. They never did. Today I called the local office and the supervisor said this new guy did that because I fussed about his driving!

what in the world is this thinking--picked up a package in Crockett by mistake that was tagged for fedx and is on video picking it up and it has disappeared---ups Palestine tells me it is not their problem-what?? a very expensive item also--place where it was picked up in Crockett says the same thing-not their problem--HElP

I use the 911 addressing for all my packages. Was suppose to be delivered yesterday, UPS rescheduled for today and then said my address was incorrect. Said they would call me within the hour. Never called. Offered me to drive 40 miles round trip to pick up my package that I paid them to deliver. Refused to pay to pick up since they didn't deliver. It appears I'm not the only one. Maybe they need to revamp.

I am with all you other reviewers! The service is terrible. I have lived at the same address for 3 years and now they say my street and address do not exist even though they have delivered to me many times. Now I have to drive 70 miles to get my package! Someone needs to get this office in order.

Been receiving packages by UPS here for 7 years using the same address which is the correct address on file with the US Postal Service. Now all of a sudden today a package that I paid extra to have delivered no later than today is undeliverable because the address doesnt exsist? This is just pure laziness... There is no excuse for this.

UPS in Palestine stinks. The drivers are unprofessional, they leave packages in the pouring rain and they deliver to the incorrect address. They even change addresses without authorization. Worst UPS center in the United States.

Palestine has the worst UPS drivers ever!! they never want to deliver to our home. Always leaving at different places in town and people have to call us to say UPS left a package here for you. They even leave packages where my kids attend school and expect them to bring home in their back pack!! Very unprofessional and unacceptable!! They are paid GOOD money to do the job fully not HALF --- !! his name is HEATH!!

HORRIBLE....worst UPS ever!! Improper handling of merchandise & items delivered later than the normal. I've even heard bad stuff from local relatives about this UPS. Sounds like a good house cleaning is in order! UGH!!!!!!!!!

Not happy with the delivery driver off of FM151. I have called and ask that my packages be brought to my house. They are thrown on the ground at a row of mail boxes w/no houses around. The old driver, always brought them to my home. I have called the main office to no avail.

unhappy with ups service, constantly stating cant find address, not delivering items for several days past delivery date, changing delivery address w/o contacting customer. ended up going to ups location to pi8ck up items.. this has happened more than once.
