I experienced Casey Autos in Palatine for the first time and left very displeased. Not only is the front desk ill-mannered, but I arrived at 7:30am and still waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change. They lack tact, skill, time efficiency, and are considerably the most incompetent auto shop in the area. Do NOT give this auto shop any business- I most definitely recommend going elsewhere.
Had my car break down last night. Called a friend who referred us to Casey's. Turned out that the vehicle was under warranty, so ended it having to have the car towed over to the dealer after Casey's already looked at it and told me what was wrong. Asked them how much I owed them... They said "Nothing." NOTHING! You don't find that kind of service from a repair shop. They came highly recommended and now I see why. I almost feel bad that I didn't give them my service because people like this deserve the business.
