i would like too take the time to tell all of an experience i have had with vanhoose in paintsville i special ordered 7000 worth of windows after instaling they have a gap on the side about 5/16 inch they wont try to help me fix the problem they say that they are going to but it has been 2 weeks and no help yet now to the second thing i gave them 3 checks totaling 30000 bought sideing 7000 dollars their was 30 peices damaged when it hit the job when ordering it was assured to me they would take back what i didnt need so i didnt want any of it. they at first wouldnt take any of the sideing back after argueing with them they took it back only after charging me 1700 dollars to take it back. so in all i gave them 30000 dollars 7000 in windows that were junk and no help from them and then 7000 dollars in sideing that they assured me when buying they would take back and after a fight and 1700 they did. SO CONSUMERS BEWARE OF VANHOOSE LUMBER DO NOT GIVE MONEY IN ADVANCE AND BEWARE OF THEM
