Lriginally from Oregon, Micah has since practiced in a variety of Physical therapy settings across the country working as a traveling physical therapist. Some of his past experiences include Neurological and stroke rehabilitation, Home care, vestibular rehab, Pediatrics, workers compensation, Orthopedics and sports medicine. He is passionate about medical missions, and has volunteered with teams in Uganda and Jamaica. His sports medicine experience includes being a member of the personal medical staff for the 2016 USA Olympic Trials for Track and Field held in Eugene, Oregon. He enjoys helping his patients reach their goals with a wholistic apporach to care with evidence based clinical practice and the use of manual therapy.

After graduating in 2015, she started working in a Skilled nursing facility while also pursuing a Doctorate degree. She graduated from her Post Professional Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro college in Bayshore, NY in 2018. During her doctorate courses, Prajna took courses in functional mobilization, lumbo pelvic manipulation, soft tissue mobilization and grew to be interested in manual therapy and started working as a Physical therapist in an outpatient setting. Prajna has 6 years of experience during which she has treated patients of all ages in a variety of clinical areas including pre/post-operative, orthopedics, work comp, auto accidents, recreational and collegiate athletes, geriatrics, sports injuries, vestibular disorders, chronic pain, whiplash, cva, performance enhancement, wellness training and injury prevention. She practices an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to treatment, with a strong emphasis on therapeutic exercise, postural/core stability, functional manual therapy and movement training, and patient education to get the best possible outcome for her patients.

Her master of physical therapy and bachelor of exercise science are from Northern AZ University, both magna cum laude. A certified Pilates instructor, yoga practitioner, functional anatomy course instructor, and aquatic therapist she addresses injury and the effect on the body as a whole. She has advanced education in manual therapy for the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, shoulder, hip, knee, foot, and ankle, also in closed kinetic chain rehabilitation and trigger point release.
