Keep up with the fact that our flight was delayed...it made our whole trip!

Wish the time with the dolphins could have been longer, but it was awesome!!! Wish we could have do more swimming with the dolphins as well!

This was our second time on the Pineapple Express and it was even better the second time. Highly recommended if you are physically able to do it. Take motion sickness pills.

My wife and I recently spent our 25th anniversary on Kauai. We had a full schedule, and one item we booked through your company was a cruise up the Napali coast via Holo Holo Charters. To make a long story short, Holo Holo Charters (though they would not admit it) overbooked and bumped us on a different cruise. The next morning, we called Hawaiiactive, and I explained what happened to a Kelly. Kelly listened carefully and took ownership of the situation. She assured me that she would do everything in her power to resolve it to our satisfaction. She promised to call me back within the next few hours. Kelly did call us back as promised and was able to re-book us on the cruise that we initially paid for on the very next day. Kelly was professional, empathetic, courteous, and gave me the confidence that she would go the extra mile to try to take care of us, and she did. Please express my gratitude to Kelly and recognize her for providing exemplary customer service. I wanted to thank you for having the right people working for you. Thanks for the great service.

We were upgraded to an hour ride in the elite heli a day before our scheduled ride. Absolutely wonderful & so was the pilot, Clay. Thanks to April for calling us & giving us the upgrade. We will always remember that.
