Dr. Suzanne is a wonderful, caring vet who treats patients like they were her own. She loves animals, and it shows! If she thinks it best to release an animal from suffering, she says so.

I went thru the same thing, very nasty and MONEY HUNGRY. Doesn'tcare about the pet. It makes me sick that people like this are in business.To quote prices and then when you take your pet in and the price is 4 times more, I would imagine is against the law, not only this, but theyharass you with postcards thru the mail, just about every week that yourpet is due for shots, etc. Do NOT use this facility.

I have been going there almost since they opened. I have a limited, set income - so I always ask BEFORE going in, what the cost is so I can save the money, so I can pay THEY ALWAYS LOW BALL THE PRICE, then - when I get there with my dog, the NEW ESTIMATE is ALWAYS DOUBLE OR TRIPLE. This last time, in an effort to make sure I had enough money - I started paying ahead of the appointment time - I was told not to give my dog food after 9pm. Anyhow - I was quoted a price of $189, so I paid in $160, and carried another $120. with me figuring it would be enough - once again, I'm given an estimate not even close to what I was told originally - now it's $420!! So, once again I question the accelerated cost - the Vet gets angry and starts yelling at me that I always argue about the money - I tell her that she ALWAYS changes the prices-which she does, The mistake I made was paying in advance-she refused to return all of my money, charging me for sitting 1.5 hours in a small, unclean, hot room
