We highly recommend Cutting Edge Builders. They built our home in Pagosa Springs and it was so well designed that every inch of space was used, and the quality of the building has been outstanding. We were able to trust Joe and his subcontractors completely even though we lived out of town. After completion, one winter the heat was accidentally turned off while we were gone, and the temperature dipped below 0, none of the pipes burst, nor was there any damage. Joe maximized the placement of the building, used an arborist to save as many trees as he could and we couldn't be happier with our finished home.
