Kilcoyne is a good psychologist but her front office person is THE WORST !!! Difficult to deal with. Have only received 2 HCFA's and there have been over 8 visits. I have called and left messages and the majority of those have never been returned . The front office person says she has mailed the HCFA's but that has been 6 weeks ago and I have repeatedly told her I haven't received anything . You can't just walk in and pick them up, you can only go in if you have an appointment . I pay up front and she gets her money, all I am asking for are the HCFA's so I can get reimbursed. Forget it... I stopped going because of the front office not doing her job not because Kilcoyne was deficient in any way except not knowing what is happening in her own office ... It's ridiculous ...
