Highly disappointed!! Drove 1 hour with my sick 5 year old son to get there at 7 pm which was 30 minutes before their posted closing time. They wouildn't see my son since they apparently didn't want to stay later than closing to finish patients despite their posted hours. He only needed a 10 min strep test. They told us to drive home and drive back the next day. I waited until the next day so I could see our regular doctor. I would have to be pretty desparate to go back since they had such lack of compassion for a 5 year old boy. Still can't get over that part. They need to re-post their hours.

I was in need of a general practitioner and wanted someone that could get me in soon. Dallas Medical scheduled an appt with me as a reguar patient without me having to wait for a couple months. When I went to my appt I still had to wait as if a walk-in. Ended up waiting near 2 hours...They they seem to have not realized I wasthere for a check up appt and kept asking me if I was sick. I then had blood work checked and never got a call on my results and I called them several times and finally I was told everything was normal. Then a month later they called to go over my bloodwork with me and advised me to come back to the office to check on it....A month later....Needless to say I will be finding another GP....

I have never experienced such horrible customer service as they have provided. After having tests performed they didnt call about the results on two occasions. Both times it was up to myself to try unsuccessfully to reach them. It took days. They do NOT return calls so it is pointless to leave message. When I asked to speak to manager after many attempts to get test results. it was another message machine. So needless to say I still haven't spoke to anyone because even office manager hasn't called. My husband had to go to hospital during the time we were waiting on test results. I will NEVER go back there. Good luck if u need anything important

Couldn't spell my name right, didn't get my birthday right -- even though they had my driver's license. Suffering from bursitis, in pain, asked for something to get me through my job. Prescribed didn't help at all. Might as well saved the cost of the visit and gone to the Pharmacy for OTC -- when I went back and told them, they said they couldn't help and that maybe I should try physical therapy. No compassion or even an attempt to understand --

This a very nice clinic, the pa s are very knowedgeable, have seen Debbie on two occasions, couldnt hope to find anyone nicer.

The clinic has wonderful hours for those of us that work. They are also open on Sundays, which the wait was long but it beat going to the ER. The staff was wonderful to my little girl. I didn't feel like we were cattle being herded, as in other clinics that I have been to. Dallas Medical will be my clinic of choice from now on!

I have taken my children there on three separate occasions and have nothing but good to say about the clinic. We have always seen the physician assistant, Sue Cavanagh, and she is great with the kids. Wait time has been anywhere from 10 minutes to 1 hour. They have computers, vending machines and a tv in the waiting room. Also, they have a pager system so you can go somewhere close and they will page you when it is almost time for you to see the doctor.

The wait here is usually not as long as other walk in clinics in town. The staff is friendly and they have internet access and television in the waiting room. However the deposits are not made regularly. I have had to wait over 3 weeks for a check to clear my account. I made a payment on one occasion and it was not processed correctly. I received a letter in the mail that stated that I was going to be turned into the credit bureau because of there mistake. I was not happy. They did get everything straitened out eventually.

I strongly disapprove of the clinic they started off very good, then they have continually raised there rates. was quoted one thing on the phone but when arrived quoted a higher price.
