Established in 2003 Dr. Susan K. Mueller graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed her residency at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. After completing her residency, Dr. Mueller was stationed at two separate U.S. Naval Hospitals where she served as Department Head of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Receiving an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy, Dr. Mueller relocated her family to begin private practice in Paducah, Kentucky, where she started Contemporary OB/GYN of Western Kentucky. Since that time Contemporary OB/GYN has received numerous awards for quality & compassionate care, most recently voted "Best OB/GYN" by the Paducah Sun Readers Choice awards in 2012.
