I have contracted B Shutters and Blinds to furnish my house with motorized roller shades less than two years ago. I was told by them that all blinds are under lifetime free repair / replacement warranty. about 6 months ago one broke down and seized to function and BSB took it away to repair it. It's been almost 6 months since they took it away and I still don't have the blind repaired or returned to me. I have been VERY patient with them about it every time I called and had repeatedly been told that it was the delayed by "the factory". Now that I have a second blind broken down last night and still no reasonable resolution in sight. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I will re-post this review in every place online where their name shows up until they gave me an acceptable resolution. Until then, I DO NOT recommend anyone to contract them for anything!
