Dr. Jacobson began Jaw Surgery Los Angeles in 2007 with Dr. Stephen Schendel. Dr. David Dorfman was recruited from Stanford University, Department of Plastic Surgery, as Medical Director due to his dual board certification and extensive experience in Jaw Surgery.The practice has grown into a full-service multi-disciplinary Plastic Surgery Center with experts specializing in jaw surgery, the correction of skeletal and dental disparities, airway, obstructive sleep apnea, and TMJ dysfunction.
