      Monarch Cove Treatment Center specializes in the treatment of Eating Disorders and co-occurring disorders such as Depression, PTSD, Anxiety, and OCD. We provide comprehensive treatment that addresses the entire individual not just the symptoms. We offer Residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient services.

      We have 12 Residential beds available in a beautiful inn that looks over the California coast. We provide 4 individual therapy sessions per week. Our therapists specialize in CBT, DBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Expressive Therapies.
