Best salon experience in YEARS! They did what I asked and then went beyond! Made great suggestions based on my face shape so I not only looked good, but learned a lot about why they were doing what they were doing! Great color too! NOT BRASSY! Love this salon!
This place stinks! They dont' seem to care about customers time. They told me to come in at 9 to be done by 11. At a few minutes before noon I just had to tell them I was done and leave with wet hair.
The worst part is that after I left I realized that they had stained (and ruined) the brand new shirt I was wearing!
Sent the owner a letter about the whole situation and never received a response! They don't even have a mailbox.

I do remember the letter your husband wrote us, My wife called and left one message on his voice mail and I called and left two messages on his voicemail and neither of us received a call back from him. None of the businesses on the square have mailboxes that is not something that is offered by the city. I do wish you would have tried harder to get back in touch with us after your visit. All we recieved was a letter slide under the business doors after hours. When we tried to get in touch with you, you were none responsive. This place ROCKS!
I LOVE Retropolitan! The owner is Tamywa & is truly one of the nicest people I've ever met (I think she's made of sugar). Yuliya colored & cut my hair awhile back & I loved it! Then Tandra cut my hair today...fabulous! The head massage while shampooing was so relaxing & much appreciated. If you're like me & get frustrated searching for the perfect salon, look no further...I promise you'll love this place. The decor rocks too!

I love RetroPolitan it is a very upbeat shop, love the decor. Most importantly the girls are great. They are up on all the latest styles and products. Tam does my hair but I have seen the work the others do. I am very careful about who cuts my hair. If Tam couldn't get me in I would feel comfortable with anyone there doing my hair.
Give them a try you won't be disappointed.
