This salon is HORRIBLE! I made an appt. a full day ahead of time. When I arrived on time, I was told (rudely) to sit and wait. 30 minutes later, the stylist came to get me and told me that she no longer had time to do the coloring I'd come in for in the first place! No one offered an apology as I left...what an awful experience!
