We picked up a stray cat. The Dr. got her in the same day we called. Didnt try to offer extra meds or expenses that the cat didnt need. Very friendly staff! We have two dogs that are also seen at Best friends animal hospital. Each visit has been great! Thank you, Best Friends!

I have taken my dog here the last 2 years and I couldnt be happier with the services they provide. I have a Great Pyrenees, so the Vet gave me tips and suggestions on how to care for her since it is a little different owning a large breed herding dog than other smaller dog breeds. We just got a new puppy, so I will be taking him to Best Friends this week. I would probably focus more on the "standard" reviews this business has than the reviews done by people suffering from grief, since their reviews are somewhat "clouded" by sadness.

Nothing but kudos for Dr Jack & his staff. He's always taken time with my 2 dogs and was most compassionate when I recently lost my 12-1/2 yr old Airedale. About 5 weeks prior he even carried her to my car and gently placed her on the front seat advising if the current shot didn't help I'd have a hard decision to make after the Memorial Day weekend. Fortunately she rebounded and had 6 more weeks of painless life - acting almost like a pup again. And she passed at home, probably of a heart attack so she didn't suffer and I didn't have to make that gut wrenching decision. His groomer Shirley is fantastic - really knows her stuff! I've recommended to several folks and they are all very pleased and returning to him. Great facility w/an enclosed area where you can take your dog for a potty stop before and/or after the exam off leash.

No compassion given by the Dr. towards our sick cat. I was appauled by the lack of knowledge and lack of information he gave us on our sick cat. We had to ask if we wanted to know anything. Found most of the answers online.

Do not take your pets here. Our dog are still very sick after one week stay here. Vet does not care. We don't want this to happen to other pets. Thanks for reading

My animals were treated horribly,they are sick,they lost weight and to my understanding were left in a cage to deficate on them selves for a week.I love animals and I am very angry!
