Be careful when getting your nails done here!!!! I'm Ms. Adrian Wiley, and I had gel fill-ins completed by 2 p.m. 12/1/09, and was sent on my way as if they were dry. I was some what satisfied, but not to the point of tipping my technician as the lines I requested were crooked. I did not voice a complaint about it, but he lost out on a tip because of it. Now I just finished dinner at 8:30 p.m the same day, and both thumbs are ruined (the polish is chipped to the point where bits of the nails can be seen). I attempted to leave a voice mail complaint since it appears the shop is now closed for the evening, and advised that I will stop by tomorrow to give them an opportunity to correct their errors. They complied satisfactorily by re-doing my thumbs free of charge. The 3-star rating stands for the inferior service (crooked lines). As such, I would not return, nor will I recommend this shop to anyone.
