I love the way Nancy does my nails. Shes very creative and has a lot of great ideas but I dont recommend the permanent make-up. I paid $180 on Dec. 19, 2011 to have my eyebrows done which included one free touch up after a months time. I was given antibiotic ointment with instructions to begin applying after day three. Once I got home, I noticed they were uneven so I penciled in about inch so they would match. After about a week of following the post-care instructions the scabs came off. Now, they were uneven AND too light. At my one-month touch up I showed Nancy the area I wanted added and said asked they be darker. Nancy asked if I had pulled off the scabs. I said I followed all instructions perfectly and asked if maybe the instructions given were incorrect. I explained that letting tattoos dry out is usually a big no, no. I was told these were different and told to follow the instructions. The scab has come off but they are still uneven and too light so I paid $180 for nothing.

Great job on acrylic nails n gel manicures but pedicure was lacking was nowhere near what I wanted but everything else was good.
