What to wear: dress comfortably. Fitted tank tops (or CROP/CHOLI TOP) and leggings or yoga pants. Skirts that YOU CAN move and dance in are OK leggings or shorts underneath are recommended (we MAY STRETCH/COOL down on the floor). Footwear: BAREFEET. Half soles. Foot thongs. Or DANCE/BALLET slippers (NO street shoes). Bring water, a yoga MAT or thick towel. And a HIPSCARF. If YOU have ONE.
