This place is a joke, customer service mean that you keep your customer happy with what they paying for not only welcoming them in the door- I purchase a motorcycle insurance from them with AEGIS and couple weeks later i receive in the mail another bill from them after paying them in full because at the time of the purchase they did not do their job of looking in my driving record, This is not keeping your customer happy - i went back for them to fix it and they told me to go figure it out my self because they are not able to help me void the bill, this is worse customer service i have receive. This is the last time i do busisness with them-never again will give this people my bussiness. There are other agencies that will be happy with your business- watch out for those hidden fees from this people,Este lugar es como un circo, en la entrada todos te saludan y te dan la vien benida pero creanme que eso no lo es todo, se supone que estas gentes estan aki para ayudar a la comunidad a comprar aseguransas y no robarle a la gente- compre una aseguranza para motocycleta con ellos de esta compania que se llama AEGIS y parece que julios insurance no iso su trabajo de buscar en mi archivo de los puntos que tenia en mi licensia y me vendio una aseguranza a muy bajo precio pero haora recivi en mi correo un a factura. Yo regrese a julios aber si podrian cubrir ellos ese gasto desde que ellos fueron los que cometieron el error y me dijeron que no lo iban a hacer que me las arregle yo solo. Esta gente esta aki para ayudarnos no para fregarnos, esto no puede estar pasando en nuestra comunidad, les recomiendo que cuando quieran comprar aseguranzas asegurence de ber otras agencias yo creo que ellos estarian mas agredecidos que estas personas,
