If you have another option, take it. If not, find one. These people are horrible to deal with. They do not come fix anything that you request, they will charge you for nothing (charged $32 for labor to DROP OFF a fire extinguisher + cost of extinguisher). At the end of the year, it wont matter how clean you kept the house or how well you cleaned it, plan on them charging you for everything over again; even the normal wear and tear. If it was about to break, and it broke while you are living there, its your total expense.
