This place is a cult. RUN! RUN! RUN! Prepare to be controlled and brainwashed. You do not have a say in anything. As a former staff member I was overworked, underpaid and nearly starved to death. They paid us fifty dollars a week which is what it cost to fill up my gas tank! I had to choose between gas and food every single week. It's a horrible place with no fruit at all. It might as well be called the Sister Cheri show! It's ALLL about her, and I mean everything is about her. It's such a sad and dark place. The day it shuts down will be a glorious one. The staff is rarely allowed a vacation. Separation from family is encouraged. Typical cult moves. They attempt to control everything in order to save you. I nearly lost my faith over this place.

I miss my big family at mount Hope Camp, I loved how we lived in unity , well at least most of the time anyways lol. God did awesome things for me when I lived there and the experiences I had with the Lord where so precious there. It doesn't get better than that ! At times I wish I could Go back to live but I have my own life now . I still do miss my mommy Cheri , with the help of the Lord she and brother Mark were the glue there at the camp. I felt like one of heres and I kinds was coming in at 17. I love what this ministry is doing for the widow and the orphean and for those that think that their is no hope . This place thought me how to be a lady of integrity and How to seek God whenever and however . It's never to late to have a relationship with God he is the beginning and the end ! Thank you Mount Hope I LOVE YOU ! favorite, or highly recommended because God lives there and if your looking for him you will find him there with arms wide open !
