Poor customer service. Left a package and requested a receipt because I was sending 3 receivers back to u-verse. Was told that they would not furnish me a receipt until it was packed. Would e-mail me a receipt. No e-mail after calling twice. Was told that it was e-mailed to me and they would not send it again. I was then told that I could come back to the store and pick up a receipt.

Their mail forwarding service is horrific! Also, they put mail in the wrong boxesall the time.
