My service really was HORRIBLE!!!!..I asked for new pillow cases cause the ones that were on the bed were already dirty and jimmy the housekeeper had a a very nasty attitude...he kept repeating that the pillow cases and the pillows were new but i have pictures of the pillow and pillow cases that say different. The pillows were god awful dirty and i do mean dirty. He does not need to be a housekeeper if he has a problem because people have problem with their room!!! I stayed Aug.4 but i dont think i will be staying anymore under these circumstance unless they are fixed!

Called University Inn now. Sheets werent clean. Looked like they shook them off from the previous people who stayed. Pillows are made of crumbled up foam. For the 2 of us staying They only gave us 2 towels, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, a small 1 pkg of shampoo to share with 1 little bar of soap. So bring your own soaps and shampoo and extra towels and ur own clean sheets! I will never stay again! How those maids (people from India) can expect us to tolerate that kind of service is unbelievable!!
