Fairly new construction. Have plenty of choices, either town home, modular or flat. Management and 3 courtesy officers that live on premises. Great family environment. All units have a frost free refrigerator, range, dishwasher and washer and dryer connections. There is a playground on site and a laundry facility. There is a Leasing office on site. Maintenance requests get taken care of on most occasions the same day, depending on what time put in. If can't complete maintenance request at least someone checks on it and lets you know what's going on and when you can expect it to be taken care of, like if a part needs to be ordered. Have 24 hr emergency maintenance. Friendly neighbors that look out for one another. Same with staff members. Management that follows the rules and regulations and makes sure everyone else does. Managment that genially cares about us residents and respects us and won't put up with anyone disrespecting us. One way in and one way out of property.
