I had accounts with Sovereign Bank but at a different branch. I was so fed up with the service that I transferred my business to one of their competitors. I opened a new store in Oxford, and decided to give them a try once again, now I have a couple of accounts in this branch. Branch Manager and each and every staff on the counter (apologize for not naming them individually ) have a very helpful nature. They go out of their way to help people out. I will recommend this branch to any body for their banking needs.
