we love this store! drive from cherry valley because the deals are that good and the employees are always happy and helpful. this is what a supermarket should be and it all starts with the store mgr. Frank!

Store is always super clean, people are very friendly. I drive out from Worcester to shop there. It's that good!!!

The store is always clean, Frank, the manager is awesome. My dad is in hospital and he can only eat soft food, frank made sure it was fresh and delivered it to me outside my car. Now that is service. Yes I did pay for it as well. People that work there are so nice.

The store has great sales on lobster but whenever I go there to buy some they are out of them. I went there today on a Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. and they were out. They told me they expected a truck full in hal an hour so I waited aroung. At 8:00 a.m. a manager told me that the truck would not be there till tommorrow. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I shall ignore future lobster sales at this store. This was at the Oxford Mass store

deli counter has a horrible waiting line, I have to go else where for my deli meats etc..not enough parking for handicap or other parking either!!! no one helps you or are available to help find items.

Good store always clean and neat

Terrible experience. Not nearly enough parking. Was there early on the first day of new sale and most products already sold out. Almost 40 people waiting ahead of my number in line for deli counter - my number was 83 and number 47 was posted.
