I got the worst manicure ever. I paid $30 for a uneven and crooked file job. Not to mention It took Jenny a hour and a half to complete the crap job manicure and I was her only client. Never again!!!!

I wanted to give 0 stars, but it wouldnt let me. Pink Nail Bar in Oxford, AL was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The young man working there was great, but they charged me $20 for my 2 yr old to get her toenails painted, then proceded to tell me I was charged $20 because I ordered a pedicure for her. All they did was stick her feet in a cheap plastic bucket full of luke earm water for 5 min. Who orders a pedicure for a 2 year old?!?!?!!? NOT this momma! The little girl working the front desk has no professionalism or work ethic and was quite rude when I confronted her about the situation. I spoke with the manager and she was defensive and just as rude as the young lady at the front desk. I will never waist my money there again and if you're smart you wouldn't either. Beauty Nails in Talladega is wonderful!!! They will be getting my business from here on out.

The WORST MOST UNKNOWABLE nail salon I have ever been to. They have no idea how to do nails. I thought to gas to pass a test to be able to do nails. The staff is rude, they don't want to do what you ask and went as far as even saying no they weren't going to do what I asked. She didn't know how to file our thin my nails and shaping them must have given her trouble too, I suggest if you want your nails to look good and be treated like a customer should you find a different salon
