REALLY IS ZERO STARS! I had asked for high & lowlights. She said it would be best to color all my hair dark, then do cap highlights over my newly colored hair. I walked out of there with 1 1/2 inch dark roots. After calling her the next day she said she didn't notice it being like that even though she styled my hair (for over 30 minutes)-still didn't notice it. I then went back to have it fixed. She wanted to color it all again (brown) then do more highlights over it. I said I wanted foils (which is what I originally asked for). After 'discussing' this for 10 minutes the OTHER owner comes in & tells her to do the foils. So after MORE highlights I walk out AGAIN with 1 1/2 inch roots. I got a partial refund-not even close enough to get it fixed somewhere else. This is one of the owners & she is not able to do highlights! Also, she seems to not understand the difference between wavy & curly. I asked for beach waves-got ringlet curls. BEWARE!!!
