I went to Mr. Marutiak when I had been disabled 4 months, inquiring of his expertise if I would be eligible for social security disability benefits. After exchanging information on that first consult, he informed me of the process. His staff was very helpful in helping to fill out my application, as well as able to answer my questions politely with genuine concern for my situation. As is normal with most social security disability cases, the original application was denied, but Mr. Marutiak was right on top of things and immediately filed an appeal. After jumping through all the government hoops, he was able to complete my case and I now am receiving my social security benefits.
I would highly recommend Patrick Marutiak. He kept me informed every step of the way and treated me with respect and compassion. Although my case seemed hopeless to me, Mr. Marutiak won it and I'm very grateful to him and his excellant office staff!!

Pat Marutiak won my case. He walked me through the entire process and helped me even after the case was over.
This attorney does not pursue his cases. When it comes to an appeal he sends his client a letter telling him he is not going to appeal it and suggests he get another attorney. He does not deserve a star for any rating.
