Anytime an issue has come up with my condo building (wood on the outside of the building that's so rotten it was down to tar paper; the intercom not working; water being shut off to the buliding with less than 24 hr notice) WPM has acted like it's completely ridiculous to ask them to address the issue. I pay a lot of money every month for condo and HOA fees, and I'm tired of their lack of service and attitudes.

Very disappointed in service when you need it. Contact with HOA is very hard because no one is picking up and calling you back after you leave a message.Sorry for paying a lot for nothing..I wish there wasn't an association.

I purchased a condo several months ago, and I am still working on getting everything straightened out in terms of paying my condo and HOA fees. I called and e-mailed WP&M more times than I can count to try to find out what my fees were and where to send them, and no one would give me a straight answer. I can only imagine what the service will be like if I ever have an actual problem. Please don't use this company to manage your properties.
