Window looks good, but leaks. Collected 8 cups of water during one rainny day. They ignore calls for help. Going after them with a lawsuite to get this resolved. *** STAY AWAY FROM PREMIER WINDOWS ***
The windows installed were not good quality. I hear and few the wind blow outside -inside my home. I've contacted this company several times to correct this. They have come out to inform me that the install was done correctly-but the problem of the air coming in is not there problem. What a waste. Then I received a letter twice explaining to me that there product was good and they can not correct the draft that is coming in.
