Highly recommend - I felt at home as soon as I walked in; the atmosphere is very cordial, the entire staff is so pleasant and welcoming; and the food is excellent! I had the cream of crab soup, chicken & waffles and iced tea. There was no room for dessert!I enjoyed everything and immediately planned to come back (which I have done).

Not Again.... My family and I use to love going to Granny's for Brunch but not anymore. Yesterday the service was terrible, the food took forever, and the orders were mixed up. Grannys is not for large groups because they are very disorganized. The food has gone down as well. I lost my love for Grannys... NEXT

Several other tables were served before we were although they were seated after we were. After waiting for quite some time, our entree was finally served BUT it was served before we got out salad and rolls. When we said that our dinner would be cold, the waiter's response was "Yes it will" and then asked what he could do to satisfy us. When we responded that we didn't want to eat a cold dinner, he took our entree back and after another wait, finally brought the salad. Then just 3-4 minutes later someone else brought our dinner again from the kitchen. We had barely started eating our salad. The food was good but would have been better had it been hot. There were no apologies for not getting our salad served before our entree and instead they seemed to blame us for wanting a hot meal.We had breakfast there when they first opened and althought the food was very good, the service was very slow and we attributed it to the restaurant being new. Obviously this was not the case.

Interesting menu of comfort food. Everything we tried was quite good. Service was a bit slow but very friendly. Still working out some "new restaurant" kinks, I suspect. We will definitely return.
