Dominican Hair Salon By Fior is the best salon in Maryland. Fior is knowledgeable & she knows how to straighten curly hair at the roots without perming the hair every 6 weeks. Black hair salons, in Baltimore, MD must perm curly hair every 6 weeks or there's nothing that they can do with it (SMH). And Fior has enough hair to share with 10 women, so she isn't in the business for destroying hair as most women of color are who operate salons.

This Salon is the best one I've been to in Baltimore. Fior is very knowledgeable when it comes to making hair healthy. She is one of the few Dominica Stylist that can get your hair super straight and do a feather without even using the flat iron. The salon is beautiful it's so cozy and gives an at at-home feeling where other salons are more like an assembly line. She also makes sure that you know how to take care of your hair at home before you walk out the door! This is the best salon ever!!!!
