Since beginning her dental career in 1986 and founding Crossroads Dental Arts in 2004, Dr. Joanne Block Rief has provided her patients in Owings Mills and the surrounding area with comprehensive dental care, including everything from routine dentistry and emergency services, to a full complement of cosmetic treatment options.
