Best DUI attorney I have ever witnessed, and as a police officer I never lost a case that I charged a person with a DUI. However, I was never challenged by Mr. Bourne, as I was a police officer in another state in a Federal Magistrate Court outside of Washington DC. Excellent people skills and court room skills.
