My daughter and future son-in-law purchased wedding/engagement rings from Rogers in owensboro ky and have been sorry every since. His ring was to take up to 6 weeks and hers 2 weeks. We are still waiting on hers. We found out hers was still on display until 3 weeks ago. They claim they will call you back but only phone calls have been initated by son. The couple are tired of waiting and tried to get money back on 5/13/2014 and were told since rings were sized you cant get money back. Wish we had known this so if you are dissatisfied you are stuck with them. If you dont wear a size 7 ring you are out of luck. This has ruined their engagement experience all they wanted was what they paid for. PLEASE CHECK OUT COMPLAINTS ON ROGERS OVER A THOUSAND. THIS BY FAR THE WORST FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CANT EVEN GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. STILL WAITING. MY NAME IS PATTI VANCONEY

My fiance and I went to Rogers Jewelers to pick out our wedding bands and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I went to another jeweler (Kay's) before we went to Rogers and the associates at Kays were not personable at all and the prices were outrageous. Rogers Jewelers' prices were very reasonable and my engagement ring and wedding band is absolutely stunning. Thank you Rogers Jewelers for a wonderful experience and making my wedding experience even greater.
