My sister who lived in West Monroe, La.; now a resident of Salt Lake City, Ut. ran across your Kentucky Ham in the large meat cooler at Super 1 Foods in West Monroe and had bought another one for Christmas this year (15) in SLC, Ut. She said she was surprised to find your product that far from Ky. I tasted it for Christmas at her residence in SLC. It seems to be a very descent product. Very lean for a semi-boneless spiral sliced ham. I am a retired state meat inspector supervisor in Louisiana, serving 37 years in the New Orleans area. We had to facilities that made similar taste, but boneless hams in this area. One finally bought out the other and then went under USDA inspection. Bot used a 50-50 mix of both dark brown sugar and regular white sugar along with slightly more ground clove in the spice mix, making is a tad more sweet than your ham and my sister love it also. Keep up the good work and watch out for that blame LM and NFDM on recalls. ;)

I really like the flavor of your smoked bacon but I am disappointed in the slicing of it. Twice now, I have gotten the thick slice and there are about 3 - 4 pieces that are not thick but paper thin. The quality control needs some help.

We LOVE the Field Chili roll but are wondering where they have all gone. Please bring them back.........winter is NOT the same without them!! I really NEED to make my homemade chili!!!!! The people of Owensboro and wondering what has happened to the chili roll!!! Please, please let us know what happened and when we might EVER see the chili roll again. I use it as the base of my GREAT homemade chili!!! Thanks!
