Don't go there. They have no expiration date on their gift cards but when you try and use them they say they are only good for 30 to 90 days. Lol this is not stated on the gift certificate. Bad business. For me to write a review...means, don't go there!!!

Don't ever go there they tried chargeing me $278 just to put a head unit in. That's it just a cd player. And they have stupid people there, the guy was like that cd player won't even fit in there wish it was a single din unit and my dash is single din. His boss came up to him and was like yeah that will fit.

I got a new CD player as well. They was helpful and willing to work with me on the price. They even warned me about buying online because of the hidden shipping and warrenty issues associated with online products. Needless to say the Kenwood deck I got are great!

A few days after having my new CD player installed, it stopped working. When I went back to the store, they said that it was probably my speakers. When I asked them to check and see if maybe they hooked it up wrong, they again said it was my speakers and it would cost me $30 for them to even see if the problem was my speakers. I paid them to hook up my CD player and I wasn't going to pay them to see if something was their fault. Needless to say since they are the only installation place I know of in Owensboro, I now have to go out of town to get anything done.
