      60 - 90 minute yoga classes offered in our premiere 1,000 square foot hot yoga studio. Dependant upon format, the studio is heated between 90 - 102F to increase flexibility, strength, mind-body awareness, weight loss and to improve the cardiovascular/respiratory system.
