I have been going to this Saaly's to get perms for my mother and wanted to make sure that we used the correct perm since her hair is gray and the person that helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. She was even to remind me what we use because I can never remember.

Don't go to this sallys location to ask about hair color recomendations. I went in to sallys after a year of not coloring my hair to repair and let it grow I decided I wanted to dye my hair again. I already have light blonde hair and was only looking to lift it a little bit with a color to be able to tone the yellow tinge out of it. I was told to use a high lift color and a 40 volume developer! Which is insane! High lift colors lift really well and really fast on there own. Therfore unless I had jet black hair high lift color and 40 volume developer should never EVER come near my hair! My hair was literally melted and damaged beyond repair. I now will have to cut my hair to my shoulders maybe even shorter just to get the melted and damaged hair trimmed and to begin the repairing process. Coming from someone with hair 5 inches past my shoulders in the front and 8 inches past my shoulders in length in the back it is beyond devistating. For a place that sells professional products they need to have professional employees who know about the products they are selling. I was treated very disrespectfully and was given horrible missiformation. I will be returning to sallys for the last time to return the developer and toner I did not use. It saddens me that I even have to give this sallys location one star just to post this review.
