Our professional technicians have a minimum of eight years of experience and are fully licensed and factory-trained. We also require our technicians to attend trade schools to keep up with the current codes and technology. We are a family-owned business and provide services to commercial and residential clients. We possess the experience and skills necessary to provide quality service. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We also have many references from our sales and service customers. We provide after-hours service, so please don't hesitate to call us!

Dale & Lee's started their business the year I graduated from high school here in Owasso. They've been around for quite awhile. Fortunately we've never had a problem with our utilities since we've normally built custom homes. Until today, we have an aerobic system and late last night one of three toilets stopped up. Your young men came out this morning and couldn't have been anymore helpful. They were considerate and we're here to help. They checked the aerobic pump and cleaned out the trap and everything is back to normal. I just want to say thank you for sending out such nice young men and I truly am appreciative of the job they did.
The guys were great and did an awesome job! Keep it up!!

I just purchased a new home and as a first time home owner I wanted everything to be perfect. I spent a lot of time researching who was best to call and getting estimates from AC and Heating companies. Dale and Lees was the most impressive. Even though there were more affordable options and more expensive options, there was no contest in my mind after I talked to them. My house heats and cools very well now and I am more than thankful for Dale and Lees crew for respecting my investment.

Great experience with Dale and Lee. My heater wasnt working last year, and with the upcoming winter months I knew I was going to be miserable. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it same day. I was not expecting that at all. I had no idea it was going to be so quick, I was prepared to batten down the hatches and break out the winter jackets for at least a week. I was pleasantly surprised that this would not be the case. Thanks for keeping me toasty warm last winter!

They have been great as long as we've used them. We had a few other companies come out before and they just didn't give us the level of service we need. The first time we called Dale and Lee's we knew right away they had what we needed. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and take the time to explain what we need to know about the job and what to expect. We have used them a few times now and would definitely use them again!

They did a spring check up for me and took care of a problem I was already having. Within about 15 minutes of the appointment time they got here and found the problem fast. They did a great job with that and with the maintenance everything is running as it should.

I'm very pleased with their crew's work ethic and professionalism. Like anyone, I was looking for a company who knows their stuff, and these guys do. I have complete confidence in them and they have earned that trust with the great work and service they provided me. I would happily use them again.

They came out to my house for a service call. Love these guys! Prompt and courteous service and they stand behind the work they do. They didn't even rush to get out before the end of their work day to make sure the job was done right. Great service!

My experience with Dale and Lee's Service was not as fortunate. Technician believed problem was control board which was a part covered under warranty. He returned the following day with the part and installed it. The invoice did indeed show the part was warranty, but the "Labor" was $156.00 + $78.00 "Diagnostic Charge" for a total of $234.00. It went bad 42 days later, out of their 30-day warranty. I called elsewhere and it was repaired for the service call charge of $85.00 and nothing extra. I would leave the name of the company I called to fix it, but I feel it would take away credibility from my initial comment.

The staff at Dale & Lee's is very friendly and efficient. They showed up within 15 minutes of their appointment time and isolated the issue almost instantly. Will be using them again as well as recommending them to others.
