Keith Mestas was both knowledgeable and friendly as he took my information and listened to my needs in order to find just the right car for me. The test drive and my subsequent experience with my new Spark has been proof positive that we made the right choice. Even the color 'Denim Blue' makes me happy. Van helped me find the car I wanted showing me several different cars. He didn't pick out a car and try to sell it to me, he waited for me to make a choice before he began negotiations.

Provided by YP.comOn March 28th my wife and I was looking at some trucks which was going to put in my name had we coe to an agreement. A deal was never reached and no documents were ever signed. About an hour after leaving the dealership I received an alarm on my phone warning me that a hard inquiry was made to my credit reports! This was done without ANY authorization either written or verbal! I returned to the dealership and asked why my score was run to which the salemen replied "I thought we were cool with each other so I thought it was okay" Really! I looked this up on the internet and found the following "Anyone who checks your credit without prior consent has violated the law and it could result in hundreds of dollars in restitution or more for you. Credit profiles are considered a private matter and the act of pulling a report can hurt a person's score. " My attorney has been contacted, I will update at a later date.

Had a very pleasant experience at Classic Chevrolet . I was Exceptionally Pleased how everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. My car salesman , Mr. Chris Robinson was also laid back and not pushy like most of them seem to be. Chris even let me keep the car overnight and bring it back the next morning, which I thought was awesome! I had never bought a brand new car before, and I did it all by myself, with my credit, not my husbands! Chris made me feel special and proud That I could do that. I did need Chris help in convincing my husband I needed that car and Chis pulled it off! Now my husband liked the car as much as I do! Hopefully he will by buy his OWN car eventually from the Best Car Dealership in Owasso. CLASSIC CHEVROLET! Thank you Chris and thank you CLASSIC CHEVROLET FAMILY from the bottom of my heart!!

Provided by YP.comI love my malibu but do not like having to come to the dealer and spend 30 min just to put a couple pounds of nitrogen in a tire when if it was regular air I could just stop at the corner and be on my way.
Great buying a new vehicle from these guys! Definitely will buy from them again and recommend my friends and family to check them out first!

Provided by YPmobileI purchased a Silverado from Classic in Owasso that had a small spot on the fender that they tried to hide. During negotiations they agreed to repair. I gave them four tries and four weeks, they caused more damage. The third time I gave them a list of the new damage that had been done to the truck. They didn't get it done and it appears that the customer service manager isn't used to being told they don't have any pride in their customer service. They have told me they won't fix the truck now (they've had almost a month and four tries). I've filed a complaint with GM and asked them to send me to a real dealership to have their damage repaired.
We came to Classic because we received a mailer of cars you had on sell. The salesman was was very good.We will be making our third trip out there today to hopefully get our car. We really think that there needs to be better communication between the sales people and the service department to better serve your customers.
