General Info
Welcome to All Creatures Pet Lodge. We are a full service Boarding and Grooming facility that specializes in taking great care of any indoor domesticated house pets. That's right! Any indoor house pets, including Pigs, Rabbits, Mice, Birds, Lizards, Fish, Turtles, etc. etc. etc. You name it. If you love um, so do we. Usually however, furry critters of the dog and cat variety are who we cater to most often. Whatever kind of pet you have you can rest assured that your pet will receive excellent care from our well trained pet loving staff. We will always go out of our way to serve you and your loved ones. All Creatures Pet Lodge now offers three types of boarding, Super Suites, Semi Suites and FUN-RUNS. Super Suites and Semi Suites are for pampered or perhaps elderly pets where privacy is of great importance to relax and take it easy ( T.V. or Radio upon request ). For those social butterflies or high energy quests, we offer FUN-RUNS. FUN-Runs are large 4 foot by 15-foot individual runs for either one pet or a family of pets. The FUN-Runs allow for pups to see and hear other furry friends without actually coming in contact with them. That way they get all the fun and excitement of meeting new friends with out the possibility of a dangerous encounter from a not so friendly neighbor. Don't worry, we haven't forgotten about those adorable felines. All Creatures Pet Lodge offers a brand NEW Cattery which is equipped with Kitty Cottages with a bird atrium view just for the guests. The Bird Atrium houses several different types of finches just for feline entertainment. If you prefer however, we do offer other condo accommodations located at our entrance so they can play with and be spoiled by anyone who walks through the door.

Provided by YP.comIf you like to be ripped off, this is the place to be.
You cannot question any of their charges as they call that "ABUSE" they lie to you in your face, and switch kennels after you leave, complain when they have to wash the bedding. WHAT A BUNCH OF WHINING LITTLE BABIES i will never leave any animals in their subclass care. BEWARE OF THIS OUTHOUSE.

Provided by YPmobileThey failed to inform me about a critical health issue that occurred while caring for my dog. The owner did not fix my issue or resolve my complaint. Please don't leave your pets at this awful place. I wish that I had looked at reviews before making my decision to board my dogs there.

Provided by YP.comBrought my four month old puppy here for his first day of daycare. Staff was very friendly and gave me a tour and assured me my dog would be in great hands. I picked him up and they told me he ran into a tree while playing, but that he was fine and handed him to me. As soon as I put him down at home, I immediately noticed a severe limp and also saw that a few teeth were now missing. Took him to the ER and incurred a $600 bill. Called the next morning to speak with a manager and asked why they didn't give me a call immediately after this happened so I could have taken him to his normal vet. They said "it wasn't life threatening" and that "taking him to the ER was my decision so..". They gave a very half-hearted apology and said he would "walk it off in a few days". I understand that accidents happen, and I'm not blaming them, but their actions following the accident is what made me so upset.

Provided by DexKnowsWhen I went to the Pet Lodge it was by far better than any place I had been. They even had the Seminole County Kennel inspection report posted up for all to see that showed they received the best scores on every single category. I think anyone looking to board should stop by and tour before making any decisions. It sounds like some of these reviews that are posted on the internet might be posted from ex employees or other kennels. I loved it.

Provided by DexKnowsBefore boarding here, ask yourself these simple questions:######- Do you like paying $5 for an 'inspection bath', which doesn't exist?###- Does your dog like to be hit? ###- Does he/she like to go outside more than twice a day for more than a few minutes? ###- Do they like going home to the wrong family?###- Do you like paying for the 'suite', when as soon as you leave the dog is put into the fenced "kennels" in the back with all the other dogs?###- Do you enjoy a 'free bath', when in reality its cleaning their own urine and feces off of them?######So, if you love your dog, start looking for a better place to board them.
