Overton Beach Marina, on the Northern Arm of Lake Mead is only 13 miles away. Overton Boat & RV Storage, (OBARVS), is situated on 12 acres of land with a 13 bay enclosed storage facility and 7 fenced acres for Outdoor storage, in addition to 96 covered spaces. The Resident Managers live On-Site in a Home at the East End of the facility. They are always happy to assist you in anyway they can. Their primary business is Real Estate development. For the benefit of tenants of OBARVS they also own a Portable Storage Container Business. The 8'x8'x20' and 8'x8'x40' containers can be used to store Jet Skis, camping equipment and just about anything else someone would wish to store. The companies Business Offices are located atr About Moapa Valley Springing up along one of the few small rivers of arid Nevada is the Oasis of Moapa Valley. located along the Muddy River tributary of the Colorado River System in the NorthEastern Portion of Clark County, Nevada. This valley includes the towns of Logandale and Overton. Logandale, primarily a residential community, is a growing community with it's main Commercial businesses located along the Highway at it's Town Center. It is the Home of the annual Clark County Fair, which is held at the Clark County Fairgrounds. The Overton area is the Historic population and commercial center for the Valley. It includes the Perkins Field Air Port and the Northern Arm of the Lake Mead Recreational Area. Boating, fishing, water skiing, camping and picnicking are YEAR ROUND activities near and on the Lake.
