My friends and I made appointments for pedicures for 6 p.m. Two of us did not get the pedicures started until 6:30 p.m. The other friend did not get hers started until 7:00 p.m. On one occasion they took a walk-in client before my friend. They did not have a receptionist, which may have helped with the confusion. Each time a walk-in came, it appeared they did not have the time to fit another customer in, but they told them they could be fit in. Also, my credit card was charged twice for the pedicure. When I called to get the problem fixed the individual on the phone asked if I could just bring the receipt in and they would give me my money back. Pretty inconvenient for a mistake they made, I feel.
