      Can count on them

      Dr. Cynthia Yin whom has recently joined Dr. Mancillas, is great. I saw her in 2000 for problems with my eyes and she took care of me in an excellent, efficient manner. My husband saw her last week and was equally pleased. Dr. Yin is very knowledgable and pleasant. We give her a five star rating.
