Moben Mirza, MD, FACS, is a urologic oncologist who grew up in California and New Mexico. He received his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University in environmental science and engineering. He then finished medical school and urology residency at the University of New Mexico. After finishing his fellowship in urologic oncology, he had the distinct privilege of joining his mentors on the faculty at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Mirza has had the benefit of excellent teachers and has developed a strong passion for educating medical students, residents and fellows.
