Dean Realty evolved from several realty company mergers. The company's real estate history began with the development of the Downtown Industrial Park, a complex comprising two privately owned streets where Dean owns and operates more than 230,000 square feet of office and industrial space. Dean Realty Company also owns the Downtown Underground, a 1.2 million-square-foot underground complex containing office and industrial space.
